About us
Founded in 2022, Movo started with a friendship. Seb and Charles met 20 years ago and are sharing many common passions. Often, they would find inspiration while hiking the majestic Swiss Alps.
Their distinctive Corporate journeys contributed to develop a wide set of skills and competences that when merged together, almost perfectly complement each other. Their extensive business understanding allows Movo to tailor-made the right method for your organization to ensure commercial and operational success.
Sebastien Cretegny
Before pivoting to the field of sustainability, Sebastien has worked 10+ years in the Swiss luxury watch industry, holding executive positions in management and business development.
His international career brought him to many places, notably Asia where he was based for 5years. Along his journey, he has promoted common good and developed many fruitful collaborations.
Animated by a true passion for environmental conservation, he wishes to contribute to a positive and concrete impact by advocating his conviction that business must be a force for good, embracing purpose and transcending mere shareholder value creation.
Sebastien studied management and leadership at IMD in Lausanne and holds a postgraduate in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
Passionate by nature and outdoor activities, he is a certified mountain guide and an advanced scuba diver. Activities during which he finds his inspiration and peace.
Charles Prodon
With a specialization in value chain and procurement, Charles rather considers himself a generalist, curious and inspired by continuous improvement.
An analytical and process-oriented mindset, he likes to co-create and debate; he brings a systemic perspective and likes to animate discussions by playing the devil’s advocate.
After a career in international FMCG, Charles decided to rebalance his energy towards projects with positive impact on the environment and the society, joining local associations and working with start-ups. In 2022, he joined his long-lasting friend Sebastien in the creation of Movo Partners as Co-Founder.
Charles holds a master in business information systems from HEC Lausanne, a Lean Six Sigma black belt certification, an IFC recognized coach certification and a certificate of Sustainable Strategy from IMD.
Beyond his beloved family and dog, Charles loves being in nature and doing sports where he can discover and push his own limits (running, swimming); the ideal being when both can be combined in long hikes in the mountains.

Our Commitments
By 2025, 100 % of our clients adopt our positive impact strategy and align their sustainability objectives according to the iSMART criteria, compared to 20 % in 2023.
By 2025, we ensure that 80 % of our clients have their CO2 emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3) covered by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), compared to 0 % in 2023.
By 2026, we allocate 5 % of our time to pro-bono activities, raising awareness for non-profit organizations and/or start-ups, compared to 0 % in 2023.
